Also you are hitching it bad to get it up. With your lower back rounded that puts you at risk for pulling a erector muscle at the least. At the worst you rip the erector and slip a disk. Again, sit your ass down, pull the bar into your shins, pulling back drive your heals through the floor. You should be back on your heals and not in your toes like you are....
You wanted me to look at it. Your lumbar is rounding.... That's not good. Your lumbar should be like concrete. Your upper back rounding is ok but your lower back should be stiff and straight. Sit your ass down when you start the lift. The bar should be scraping skin off your shin in a max dead lift.
