hey matt, is it ok if i place two 5 pound plates under my heels when squating. it helps me get down low and get or even break parallel when squating. otherwise i cant go parallel when squating, even without weight.
i dont think people know everything about anything. michael jordan best player and he still needed a coach, mike tyson, mohammad ali, anderson silva best fighters ever to walk this OVER SIZED ROCK that we live in. AND THEY STILL NEEDED SOMEONE TO guide them. what im saying is that no one knows anything about everything.

Bro, I too get so mad when people are trying to lift heavy with horrible form! I witnessed this guy the other day doing dumbbell bench presses bring the dumbbells a third of the way down and pushing back up! I wanted to pull my hair out, he may have thought he was doing a lot of weight, but he was only doing 55lbs. He wasn't big...I'm just venting. Should I have said something? It really pisses me off when I see stuff like that! It's like you're wasting time you could spend elsewhere...
I've never had a workout partner, always wanted one - but never got one :( Might have to put one down on my Christmas list. The only partners I've had have always been with friends who don't work out and on the off chance, you just end up hitting the gym together. So like after one set of Deadlifts - understandably they're F'ed up from it.
For me I just shout out loud Yeah buddy! and Lightweight baby! so everybody in the gym looks at me and thinks im crazy. That way my adrenaline starts working and I get super motivated!
But if the experienced bodybuilders are learning something new sometimes, doesn't that mean they also haven't mastered the form? So who knows the form perfectly?
@DarkprinceCs Ask them if they want any advice. If they say yes, go for it. I know people have thanked me and I have more than my fair share of people who steered me into the right path.
