  • Clubs with moving parts do "not conform" to the USGA Rules of Golf. So it cannot be used in USGA tournaments. We have a lot of people who use them in fund-raising tournaments...they usually ask permission first. In fact, I will be using mine in an event tomorrow. Steve Divnick, Inventor and Manufacturer
