The fat cannibal and the guy in the suit are the same person, but the video portrays them as two separate entities. The cannibal, in pursuit of his selfish desires, has effectively killed who he originally was, pushing his original self away. That's why the video portrays the fat man eating the original, doing away with him. At the end, the artwork is called "Dream-6". The dream refers to life's goals and wants, but the sacrifice that they entail too.

But the robot cyclops makes no sense.
