That's a pretty disturbing PSA from most of my relatives' native Philippines. The word GAGO (or fool, for I don't want to even type the six letter s-word for dopey) is profoundly portrayed as a razor.
Looks like every body is kung-fu fighting these days.

I am all for respect and it seems to be common sense to me that treating a child with respect is the way to raise an emotionally healthy adult.
