Yea....pretty crappy that the tiger is chained. Im not a fan of captivity when it comes to any animal. I feel that if you want to be close to a tiger, goto its natural environment and watch it in action. No need to bring the wildlife to us. The human race is so inconsiderate. I'm pretty sure that these animals are rescues. They are chained because though the monks will let them free, some of them are too dangerous to be wandering and when tourists come in, it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to these animals.
