When you're building a house, do you prefer the actual building of the home in Build Mode (floors, walls, landscaping, doors, etc.), or do you prefer furnishing and decorating the home in Buy Mode?

Personally, I prefer furnishing over building; painting walls and floors is very tedious for me. Thanks!
