For those that say its the sky resorts fault, she refused treatment and even signed a waver that proved so. The medics suggested she have her injurt checked but she refused.

Its scary to hear what can happen from a fall like that. And I heard she seemed fine the entire time and was even joking at one point. I'm sure going to be more aware after a head injury, thats for sure

I don't think its something that needs to be looked at within the Ski Resorts. I think its something we need to look to our elected officials for creating a law requiring mandatory helmet laws. But I have to say that the Kennedy cousin death was sort of his own fault, wasn't he playing catch with a football when it happened? Still very sad nevertheless.

It could be the ski resorts fault due to their lack of a helicopter system in the montreal area. It took them four hours to get her to a facility that could treat a condition like the one she suffered. Had she gotten to it sooner, she might have survived. May god bless her and her family

she refused to go to the hospital. they wanted to take her immediately after she fell because that's what they're supposed to do just incase. it's not their fault. it's no one's fault really. it was a sad accident. it's possible that if she were wearing a helmet she'd still be here. or if she took them up on their offer to go to the hospital right away. we can never know

Why didn't they do exploratory surgery immediately? What was everyone waiting for? A bleeder in the brain is life threatening if nothing is done. It seems as if the hospital was more afraid of a law suit than an attemp to save this life . And yes, they will argue that her condition was very serious so why not operate if she was going to die anyway? Afraid of a law suit, huh? It is so weird for me that before she died I had my very first conversation with someone about skiing cos she got hurt on the arm and said she had a major accident on her knee once but she still goes back to ski.I said:I am so paranoid of gettig hurt I will never stand on a ski,and a few days after that this happens.We can all be smart afterwards,we can say wish we had been there to talk Natasha into putting on that helmet or at least get checked out by a doctor after the accident.Rest In Peace.

Idon't know all the details but it seems top me that after the fall the people of mount treblanc should have insisted that she goes to the hospitl even if she did not want to go.
