I bought this tv and so far has been amazing, whilst cleaning the screen I noticed that the top right side the screen seemed to look like it has been pushed in a little. It's naked to the human eye when looking at the tv but because I was cleaning the tv with my face quiet close to the screen I noticed it. Has your tv got this?

but my dad doesent even like the 8000series i like 8000series i realy do its even more thinner on the border than the 7000 and i think it stand out better than the 7000 model

With a Samsung 3D LED Smart TV, you're able to view (display) also 2D movies in 3D, but the effect is not that impressive. For a really good 3D effect, you should buy 3D games / movies! The effect can be different from game to game (3D!). In one game the effect is awesome, in another game (also 3D), the effect isn't as good as in other 3D games...

@7lol2007 Hey! No, I haven't had that problem which you described, never. Have you already tried another HDMI port on your TV? Maybe the one HDMI port which you're using has got an insulate contact (defective contact) ... ?!
its a handshake problem, its very common, unplug hdmi cable from both tv and your ps3 and leave it for few minutes, switch off from mains both tv and ps3, reconnect it with hdmi and switch on again, it works for me
@7lol2007 your problem is with your HDMI cable, in this samsung tv you have 1.4 port i believe and i guess you have older cable. Had same prob with my Sony tv. changed HDMI cable, now everything works smooth
its no the hdmi cable ~ samsung just came in last week and change the whole main board. I had 3 different types of hdmi cable 2 were by monster.. the other two were other brands , none worked when it dosent work. when it works every single one works~ after the main board was changed everything is fixed.

@JalandharShere because of the shiny, reflective surface of the TV should be no windows, no light bulb in his background (behind you, behind the TV-watching-position), so nothing can reflect on the TV surface. If it has a window in the background, thick, impenetrable light curtains can help! :)

I will record one vid more about the TV - now it's mounted on the wall! - and I've got a new TV furniture. Today I should also receive the new HD-PVR Box from hauppauge and a few component-cables to record PS3 stuff in 720p / 1080i!

@MastaGT Hey! Thanks!! I've got Crysis 2, Killzone 3 and Gran Turismo 5 in 3D. And only two 3D Movies right now, Drive Angry and Megamind, but I've already ordered some more / new Games and Movies in 3D. Now I have to wait until my Hauppauge HDMI-TV-Card and the HDMI-Splitter is here, then I can record all the stuff in FullHD and put it on youtube. Shouldn't take a too long time till then...! Hopefully one week! :o)

I just ordered the new Hauppauge Colossus HDMI PC-Card to record in the future fullHD Movies of PS3 Games.
So hang on, more (full-HD) movies will follow...
