To use this you have to be shot with it...so Ive done the 5 second ride...cant say it hurts a ton...doesn't feel good at all...feels like when you get a shock working on a lawnmower or something like that...but its like getting that shock several times a second...so time slows way down. Usually when the weapon is displayed ...and the laser is locked on..the suspect will give up without a fight. Word has gotten around.
