beautiful. i revisit this page every now and then just to hear this song again. Yes, we all know Kat Dennings is gorgeous, but she's got an incredible voice too. This version, along with being far less bubbly than the original, I think hits the meaning of the song much better, be who you wanna be, do what you wanna do, for those who have seen the film, you might agree that if this included the preceding 30 seconds or so, it'd have a bit better context.

I haven't seen this film but I really like her version of this song. Don't the people saying 'wow, this version sucks' realize they are contradicting the point of this beautiful song. It's a song about doing what you want in a way that makes you happy...and that's how she performs the song and it's awesome.

I don't think it's possible for this song to suck in any way because the point of the song is 'do what you want'! Some people really miss the big points sometimes.

In this movie I cry on three parts. First, when I first get teary, when he says that he look himself in the mirror and try to find where he fits in, and he draws a blank. Then when he yells out that hes just a kid, then the stears start rolling and then this song, and its just no turning back.
