Personally, I didnt find this game all that scary. The monsters with the detachable limbs, and the ones with the explodable arms kind of freaked me out though, actually I almost forgot the monster you had to freeze or burn.

I find going through the game without using an actual gun, I just wish that they mad eit so you could do the game literally WITHOUT a weapon. It would not only increase the scariness and stress of the game but also give you a hell of a lot of scares at the same time.

I don't like it when people complain about walkthroughs not being on the highest difficulty. Walkthroughs are made to show the game itself and people wouldn't watch the video if it was full of deaths. Besides, playing without a weapon is hard enough. But then again, the expectations of a lot of viewers is so high. If people want to create a walkthrough without hate mail, it has to be prestined and perfect. Shame there's nothing you can do about it.

Guys, it doesn't matter what console you get Dead Space on, but it does matter which one you get Dead Space 2 on. With the PS3 you also get Dead Space Extraction with no extra cost, and I haven't played it yet so I'm looking forward to playing 2 Dead Space games at once. :)

I know how to be weaponless for real. Go to the store and fill up all your slots where you can put weapons. Should be four. Make sure the plasma cutters in one of the spots. Have your plasma cutter out, open the store and then put the plasma cutter in the safe. No weapon! You will need to pull out a gun every now and then for kineses and stasis.
