schools pretend that they care but they just do it in front of parents. they have no time 4 things like this which is what disgusts me. they played this in school on anti bullying week but there was someone at the door so the teacher had to go and everyone started talking. if it was something else the teacher would have played at a billion more times again. pixie was only 15 when she wrote this which means she was still in school and obviousley bullied.
I was bullied by really mean people, but songs like this made me happy - in the end I got over the bullies and now I'm at a different school, as happy as I could ever be. It was things like this that helped me - not my school, which is sick. But these services helped. I LOVE YOU!
I'm really glad I watched this video. I've been bullied, because I'm overweight. I was born this way, it wasn't because I ate loads of cakes and sweets. They used to bully me and push me around. This is a really good cause and I'm glad it's getting out there-
Help us stop the bullies;
Don't let their spitefulness get to you, tell an adult or someone you trust! :)
This song helpt me alot at school. When we had a anti-bullying week, I was being bullied :L when the teacher made us listen to this it made me tell someone =D THANKS PIXIE LOT!
i have been bullied on and off since i started secondary school last year, just coz i like the colour black. and i know what it feels like (horrible)!! some of my 'friends' have even started to tease me, as a joke. but i feel like i cant tell anyone, because it might get worse. it was good of pixie to write a song especially for people who are suffering! :) :) xx
Ive been bullied all of my school-life...I know what it feels like. I'm glad there is a website dedicated to helping victims of it. My friend has recently started being bullied and he just won't tell anybody. I wish there was a way I could help him through it. Just the word Bullying makes me sick to my stomach. When I see people getting bullied, I feel like going up to those bullies and punching them right in the nose! But, I know violence is not the answer.
@crazyredheadshaya Brainwash? or encourage them, inform them, help them to take steps to putting an end to it.
Either way, it's not crazy. It's long-established that music plays a massively important role in most people's lives. Imagine how important it is to those who feel alone? For some children/teenagers, it's all they have to relate to.
My daughter was bullied for 3 years & we had a huge battle to get it stopped because the school did not fully support us. It was thanks to websites like Beat Bullying & Kidscape that I was able to research what we needed to do and I then published my own page to help families like ours.
For anyone who is being bullied you MUST tell someone. Even if the first person you tell does not help you then keep telling people until you find someone who will.
I need to have more self confidence. My mom and brother have been verbally and emotionally abusing me for one year and a half. It's the three of us at home and they both gang up on me. Sometimes when I catch my brother looking at me he looks so angry. It's very scary. They both hate me so much and I'm just trying to hang in there because I have no place to go. I've been bullied at school and now I'm being bullied at home. I'm only 18 & I go to 2-3 months without going outside. I can't.
@MissBubbles2oo9 i was bullied 6 years ago after my grandad died so i was in Y6 at the time. Everyone said i was crying because i was 'attention seeking' which i wasn't and everyone started to call me names and spread rumours about me which i found annoying and upsetting. That carried on until i started my GCSEs in Y10 and i've been happy since then.
Just keep telling your teachers and your family about it, it really helps :)
I bet you're a great person a 14.. i believe in you :)

Get Weak is one of my favourite Pixie Lott songs, so I'm glad that it's official song of Beatbullying :) It's a noble purpose.
