Clay didn't change the lyrics; he's the original singer of the song and sang it as originally written. It didn't end up on his album in 2006 and got recorded by someone else - they changed the lyrics.

depends. each place has its own rules. In past concerts Clay's asked people to be respectful of others when taping, to not block anyone's view. He's ok with still cameras except in a closed theater--flashes hurt his eyes (& don't really help much if you're more than 15 ft away) so he's asked that flash pictures not be taken during inside shows. He's also said if the people who run the place say no cameras, we should respect their rules. Very generous to allow this much freedom for his fans!

This video reinforces why I fell in love with Clay from the first note of "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me" during AI2 wildcard show. He is a great performer, vocalist, and even more importantly a great person. And this song is AWESOME! I can hardly wait for his new album.
