Those weapons are in only in german version of the game, they can also spawn if you play in a german server/with a german player. Valve gave them those weapons to make up for the censorship.

@starforce1997 This gun (H&K MP5) is a hidden weapon that was normally added to people who bought Left 4 dead 2, in Germany, because of some prohibition. In any other version of the game you can still get it by using console codes, that you can find thanks to a tutorial. There's also the Steyr Scout, the AVSM sniper and SIG SG552.
