1:04 Does anyone know --- > what are the white spots inside the RBC. Are they parasites or Lyme Disease cysts surviving inside RBC ?? I am sure its not oxygen as in a healthy blood of Darkfield you cannot see these white spaces in RBC. For healthy blood it is simply blank or black.
I have a tough time believing they are chylomicrons. They appear to swim in a random & circular motion. They swim around a 5-6 body diameter randomly and appear to be caused by a flagella.
Very well with 1000x magnification, particularly platelet aggregation, which makes it a great tool to identify early stages of cardio-vascular diseases.

I found some times the RBC surrounded by those "active" white dots. Do you believe that they are not living organisms?

What are the little tiny dots floating around by the hundreds?

In this clip they are mainly chylomicrons (fat droplets). Experienced examiners can also see symprotits and macrosymprotits.

@aftonlight Those are erythrocytes, the red cells in our blood that carry the oxygen and hydrogen. And the big cells are lymphocytes or white cells.

How well can you see platelets using Darkfield Microscopy?
