How can an educated, intelligent person rationally say to someone that they are doing their "own religion a great disservice?"
Can Bill Gates go to Steve Jobs and tell him he's doing Apple a disservice? He could, based on what he knows about Apple, but he's a smart guy and knows that to be taken seriously he would have to be on the board or work for Apple to really know what goes on and make a valid claim.
Jonathan Schanzer is either a smart guy AND a Muslim, or the contrapositive.
