I'm kinda new to Sparks. Never listened to them until the movie Kick Ass used their song and everything I've listened to since then has kicked my ass! Propaganda is such an amazing album. And there's still more Sparks to listen to.
I remember my Mom playing this song OVER and OVER when I was about 6 or 7 years old. I'm 41 now, and I still LOVE Sparks, such melodies, very lasting impression on this once young boy
démentiel, génial, surtout les 27 secondes de "propaganda" : illustre talent qu'est Russel Mael, bvo+++ pour ce at home at works at play rechanté en 2008 !
your right zinc lot sharper sound these days and listenin to last album 4 or 5 classics on that. amazing after 26 years that some of latest material is so strong.
Having watched all the decent-quality offerings from the Islington 21 x 21 concert series, I have to say their current band is SO much better than any of the 1970's-80's versions. They're absolutely on fire. They're at the top of their game. I wish they could get financial backing for a nationwide small theater/large club tour in the US.
not bad, quite informative, the best site to get started working at home is Heavy Dollars (search it) - its so helpful, it helps me make extra $'s. I found that article writing is easy,i can make $35+ a day.
I been a Sparks fan since Kimono My House...The most underated band of all time!!!!!.....YOU ROCK SPARKS!!!!!...Keep JAMMIN AND MAKING GREAT MUSIC!!!!!
Still class. I was a huge Sparks fan late 70s' early 80's. "At home at work at play" is still once of the best pieces they ever did - a musical tour-de-force. Sparks were/are very underrated with hidden roots in hard rock that most people cant see. This live performance is very very close to the studio version. Great post.
Hard to beleve that these two songs were released in 1974. More exciting, and inventive than the vast majority of blandness that we have to put up with nowadays.

Russell Mael may've lost his curls but his vocal acrobatics are simply second to none - Bravissimo!
