Infinite EXP is good in theory but once you get to level 30, the enemies scale with you making certain quests much harder.. including missions where non-quest important characters are about making it a bit harder to get unique items and finish certain quests..

Ok an easier way is to obtain the victory rifle( look up the location on the fallout wiki) YOU NEED 100 Lockpick. Then when you have it. Give protector casdin everything then CAREFULLY sneak and shoot the handle of his ripper on his waist. If you did it correctly, he'll just be unconscious, and just run up quickly loot his body. He'll get back up, then just repeat I have

@AndyHazHam why don't you get broken steel dlc for fallout 3? it makes the level cap go up to 30 and allows the player to continue after the last main quest. even when you done the last quest on broken steel you can keep playing.

@survivalhorrorman Also i'm guessing if you do this glitch with plasma grenades or mines and then steal them back after you do the glitch as many times as you want, you could potentially duplicate as many plasma grenades or mines as you wanted.

DG max level is 20 unless you have the add-on's then it's 30. For those who say the glitch doesn't work....it does, if you have PS3 go to GAME->Game Data Utility. And delete the Fallout 3 Data which is the patch. Then try it. Im doing it as we speak and it works fine...but he doesn't give mone.y just ammo, radaway, stimpacks, and frag grenades

@DGmaxedout you're maxed out. you can get pass the level cap but you'll need broken steel to do so. broken steel is a great dlc.

I give him 78 scrap metal. then steal it back, then proceed to give him 76 scrap metal then steal it back along with the rifle so he catches me. but he doesnt take anything back he just gets angry and comes at me with his chainsaw knife

@iSolidified I'm not to sure, but I'm pretty sure that this guide only mentions scrap metal because it will apply to investing it into Walters and the Brotherhoods scrap metal for exp and money trading system. Basically, it's worth giving it a shot, but don't get your hopes up. I'm think this could be a glitch for infinite alien blaster ammo!

@TheBlackStigmata Try for yourself, have some ingenuity. I any case, you can easily delete the patch/game data, I promise. On the XMB, go to Game > Game Data > Fallout 3 > *triangle button* > Delete. Then disable your wi-fi connection and play the game. The data will reinstall, but not the patches. The PS3 will fail to find an internet connection and stop prompting you for the patch. Do any glitch you want and reinstate your wi-fi, then install the patches.

ok the reason he attacks you is if you have killed an outcast or have done operation anchorage because you end up killing some out cast so just dont kill any outcast
