I'm from County Limerick but even i'll admit Limerick City is pretty mank. There are nice parts to it, but in general its a bit of a kip. It is teeming with scumbags and some parts of outer city centre are a really really shabby looking. Its nightlife is well behind Dublin, Corks and Galway, and the same can be said for its friendliness.
