@HF: yikes-- that must have sucked for the millions of people who lived their entire lives having never gone to school up until the last couple hundred years. Sure, these unschoolers may never become NASA mathematicians or university profs-- but they probably don't WANT to do those jobs. They could easily become chefs, potters, tradespeople of any kind, actors, etc. Or the may decide their life is not all about their job, and instead focus on their families, friends, and life experiences.
