Sypro and Cynder never died, if you've seen the very ending, and i mean the very ending after the credits they show Spyro and Cynder flying around together :) I absolutely LOVE that ending cause Spyro and Cynder love eachother (Cynder admits it first) and the way they are flying around together in the very ending it shows that they belong together :)

@hichirosama Spyro and cynder never died spyro pieced the world back together since he was the purple dragon, plus in the game they said each time a dragon dies a new page is in a book but the chronicler said he has found no trace of spyro, in the end Spyro and Cynder fly happily together smiling without there chains on them.

I like how the first Spyro game for PS1 has music that almost NO other game sounds like, and every level had a track tailored to the atmosphere.

And this one, sounds like every other game out there. There's no "Unique" element to it like the others had, the composer didn't put his own touch on it, like the one for the first game did.

what i mean is that you have to listen a lot of japanese games soundtracks to confirm that all of them seem to follow a kind of pattern, depending on what's the situation (heroic, melancholy, sad, rage...), and then, compare a few one with this ost of DoTD... then you will understand what im talking about

I have to wonder about this Spyro's Kingdom game. Will he be older? Be an apparent adult now? That would be horribly awkward. I have high hopes for this. Since so far, not many Spyro games have been a disappointment for me.

wow... this music is intense LOL and its really good, but i prefer the music by steward copeland for the original spyro trilogy. DotD does have a very good soundtrack though. its calming and reminds me a little of an old legend or the legend of zelda

0:52-0:58 my absolute favorite part in the whole song right there! I just got this game a week ago in the mail and it is AWESOME!!! That part remind me of a peaceful time studying in my room, poring over books and enjoying myself as the moonlight shines through my window late at night. I have such a good imagination! :D

First at 0:00-0:51 it sounds epic followed by calm tones. Then at 0:52-1:50 it sounds like a mix of the LOTR main theme and the shire theme. and after that it sounds like the Harry potter main theme. It's just with a few changed vocals.

The opening (0:01 - 0:49) is definately my personal favorite in this soundtrack. I really like how the game designers timed it so that if you flew through that tunnel without stopping, you would come out and see that awesome view right when the bit between 0:27 - 0:41 played. Awesome stuff ^_^
