lol i remember one time a did a commentairy on somon not realising that there mom was right there :S kinda embarassing, i didnt say anything bad but still lol.
haha, no my friend was saying 'good'. I was making fun of her pretending to be a trainer. lol We had fun --sometimes we forgot the video was recording our convos...haha, can you tell?
I always visualize it and it normally just flows once im in the ring. So i would try to do the course while ur lookin at the actual thing and follow with your finger or something. Once your in the ring, its normally whatever feels natural and what i THINK is right generally always WORKS. Hope my tips help :)
Thanks for posting these vids, danni. I app. it! :) :) Nice recover of the rider. Sticking it.
hey! Actually, I'm NO good at memorizing courses myself. But the obvious answer would be PRACTICE a lot!! Have someone make up a bunch of courses for you & try doing them on the spot. As far as learning courses-- memorize them in pieces. Don't imagine the fences individually, think of them in groups and connect them. ??? I hope that helps!
When I look at the course I try to find carateristics(sp?) about the jump. like white vertical to flower box, etc. And definately remember the lines as a whole not individual fences, unless your doing a medal there should be a flow to the fences if you look at it.
Absolutely, I'm glad you enjoy them. I like to tape everything at the events I go to--as long as you don't mind our random talking in the background...it's fun to share them.
