Maybe its time to buy some redman outfits and stop wearing gis, that seems to be the answer to REAL training !
Some good techniques, but there is virtually no resistance from her partner/attacker - it's much more difficult with full resistance and in real combat. Almost anybody can learn these techniques for demo purposes.
Excellent grading by any standards, these TBD boys and girls are producing some superb students and future instructors in a very accomplished and open minded system. Well done to Lindsay and her Instructor Rob Pascoe.
She is doing some solid work and solid effective techniques.This is no fake bullshit female self defence class.She has learned some solid stuff.Hopefully she will make a great teacher for other females that may not have her level of skill or ability

If you show resistance in the attack you cannot clearly see the refinements of the technique, that is the idea of the grade.
And yes almost anybody can learn the techniques, that is what is good about system. The point is they are effective.
