  • played this on the violin seriously difficult piece, wonderful amazing deep perfect

  • magnific!

  • i like trains

  • @lestaterik i like your mom

  • just waw :)

  • che tristezza...

  • I WANT THIS MUSIC IN MY FUNERAL:(

  • @ Corvalito : So deep your comment...speechless...

  • beautiful

  • Preciosa... sin palabras.. Me siento en el cielo al escucharla.....

  • just perfect.....

  • This day of the Ukrainian Holodomor Memorial this music might be the most close to express one's feeling of the loss of that scale...

  • Es muy hermosa esta sinfonia,

  • There are simply no words to discribe this.....it's ultimate soul experience

  • My peace of heaven... Thank you, Albinoni/Giazotto.

  • ohhhh, que hermosura

  • Epic wig.

  • ennio morricone anyone?

  • The most beautifull melody of the history! this melody is ispired!

  • How could you dislike thiiiiissss masterpiece??

  • @Josephine0388 probably the hands of the people who pressed the dislike button were just shaking

  • I've heard it an anime "hana yori dango" and since this time I am totally falling in love with this piece

  • the red bar on that like/dislike visual representation is the size of my appreciation for commercial music and the gut wrenching behaviour that goes along with it. It's a soundtrack to the horror show that is 2011 life and I have nothing but whatever the antonym for admiration is. (I was gonna say the red part is the size of justin bieber's john thomas but that would have overstepped the mark). laters.

  • waw

  • Is there an organ in this piece?

  • @evtheflip yes

  • @evtheflip the skin is the largest organ in the human body if that's what you mean me old china

  • Superb , a true masterpiece !

  • masterpiece for all times!

  • Yes ....I know all about unrequited love and Albinoni must have felt that as well to have written a piece like this.

  • @ joefawbert : Enjoy the music, not the noise around!

  • Ah gorgeous music. L'amour!

  • I ws searching for a "LOVE" button!! Listened to this after a long time and it is still as enchanting :)

  • bellissimo brano...chissa cosa volesse dire l'artista.

  • So moving!!

    Thank you!

  • 5:50 to 8:20ish brilliant...if feel it in my stomach...it feels all fluttery. A natural high!

  • beautiful, moving, stunning, peaceful

  • this made me cry.. :')

  • @ZombifyIt This made me cry too!

  • This is the closes to perfect we'll ever be. We are made in Gods image.

  • Amazing...breathtakenly beautiful and passionate.

  • it is not Albinoni but Remo Giazotto

  • This might be my favourite classical music piece right now. It's such an incredible combination of instruments and harmonic composition! Love it!

  • This music strips my soul to its heart of hearts. It let me rediscover the Wonder of Love and Desperation of Loss... that after glow of Serenity in acceptance of Fate... tears of Humility, and finally an understanding of the beginning and end. If God is Love, then I can feel Him skin to skin and see Him face to face... that kind of feelings...

  • @Corvallito You are ever so close to thanking the wrong person for his wonderful music, you chime of God, Serenity and Fate, but speak nothing of the sacrifice or acomplishments, the true creater of this this masterpeice must have made. It would do you no harm, to put aside your Gods and give but a moment, of your time to let you respect and appreciation fall where it is due. Peace. (Still no [EPIC] button on YouTube.... shame)

  • @Corvallito

  • @Corvallito And that is what quality music and art is all about :)

  • no words can describe this!

  • It doesn't matter who composed this piece, Albinoni or Giazotto, all I know is that when it starts playing I close my eyes, relax and get away from everyday troubles and anxiousness, at least for those short ten minutes.

  • @liuse Me too!

  • sweet like fine wine

  • If you like this, check "Adagio d'Albinoni Ct 2 opus 9 Linha Singers" here on youtube ( ?v=ROzM-Wwxof0 ) - an interpretation by Linha Singers the Czech vocal Ansamble.

  • Somehow this reminds me a little bit of the music in The Godfather...

  • without youtube I would never ever heard the most beautiful music of the world

  • Straordinario!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • In my opinion this is the most beautiful composition ever created

  • Somebody knows what Orchestra is playing this Adagio of Albinoni ?????

  • i luv dis.

  • Oops... that should be one 'Z' in 'Giazotto.' And, upon doing some research, it appears that most of the credit for this piece should go to him. :)

  • The credit for thsi beautiful piece should be shared between Tomaso Albinoni and Remo Giazzotto. :)

  • this classic music is one of the best i have ever heard

this music is worth more then any thing else cause the music speaks from it selfs

I love the way you can hear life in in it, it gives the meaning of life and what's into it

if I die i will let to hear this beautiful song ...... this music is timeless

  • 4 people don't know what the Classical Music is.

  • @TheCasTex they do not know what beauty means

  • I play the violin, and I love playing it, even if I do not have the skill to play it with the perfection that is required to exalt the power of this adagio.

  • pacerman265,Remo Giazzotto went wherever he went to(including maybe one or more of Albinononi's houses & or homes) and founds fragments(bits and pieces)of Albinoni's compositions, then put whatever number of said fragments together, and this is the result.

  • This song reflects i've lost a best friend! *Cry*! And I wish could play violin!

  • This piece is also used in Peter Weir's 'Galiipoli'

  • Also love the mood change at 5:05...

  • @enessx1 I like how it goes into major at around 6:24... it's like the musical equivalent of 'hope.'

  • @enessx1 And the temporary switch to major at around 6:24.. like the musical equivalent of 'hope.'

  • Without a doubt one of the most beautiful pieces ever written.I love the fact that

"The Doors" did it as a background for Jim Morrison's "Severed Gardens".Albinoni

    Thumbs up.

  • this was in a movie and i cant for the life of me rember what was some one please tell me thank you!

  • @sexyhottiebunny The movie was one of the many incredible works of Stanley Kubrick, Barry Lyndon. For anyone who hasn't seen it and appreciates the art of lightning and scoring - that movie is a MASTERPIECE.

  • Lonely.... i feel so lonely when I listen this music

  • @TheTeneto Same here...I've been listening to this for days now. It does pull the lonely strings doesn't it?

  • @kjfahey4 Yes...somehow.It's the same like unrequited love or love to somebody you never will have....

  • so lonely...i feel so lonely when I listen this music

  • coś wspaniałego...

  • Just realized that Majida El Roumi stole this song's tunes !! Although I must admit Majida sings it beautifully (arabic song).

  • There shouldn't be a dislike button for this type of music, no my mistake, there is, and whoever clicks on dislike should be immediately electrocuted

  • I played this a while back- it was such a surreal feeling, playing this peace. You felt completely engulfed in the music, even while you weren't playing. makes me miss orchestra :/

  • reminds me of DQ 8 game

  • @spidersmilk92 Dairy Queen 8?

  • haunting

  • wow

  • it is beautiful

  • Wow, this is so dark and so beautiful. Somber, yet gorgeous.

  • wonderful playlist!! thank you

  • Very wiered and very depressing

  • Prekrasno...

  • wonderfull

  • I just want to say thank you for all videos. you can even not imagine how they make me relax when I study or when I sad.

  • This piece is not by Albinoni, but by Remo Giazotto...

He claimed that he found the original parkements of this piece, and claimed that it was written by Albinoni. The piece became widely populair, but critics couldnt be convinced by the origin of the piece. On his deathbed Remo admitted he had written the piece himself! Why had he lied ? we can only guess...

  • i wonder who are these 3 people that did not like this song of art????????i just wonder.......

  • i was looking for this one for so long. didn't know what was the name of the piece. finally!

  • @zxkcxeh Haha! Don't you just love when you finally find a song that you've been searching for? I've done the same so many times... =P

  • I hear this when studing, and great results follow.

  • @sharerx ^_^ V

  • lol. You say great results follow right after you misspelled the word studying hahaa

  • @lnr08f lol, ok you got the perfect spelling, but I have the good results+scholarship. Don't be jealous friend.

  • So beautiful! .... <3

  • I cannot express what this means to me. Its very sentimental for me and this is the exact version I have been looking for. Thank you for posting this

  • excellent !

  • its nice music and all that, but some of the comments people leave on these classical music videos are so over-the-top. oaanaa and kahur2007 are prime examples. its just a song, nothing more.

  • i can understand your answer, but some people can not only hear but feel... and "live" the music. it isnt a song, its art. lady gaga is a song. Jay-z is a song. this is real expression... ^^

  • jimmyshitbags is so over the top

  • i can't move, i am palsied. it is so beautiful that it hurts...

    greatness !

  • Heard this before. Not sure where....

  • It's in a lot of films.

  • Oh. Ok. Thanks!

    Any you can think of?

  • The Godfather perhaps?

  • Better without lyrics, nothing can speak for something that has no reason to be spoken for.

  • Orly? look at rap..

  • Lol

  • what's wrong with rap?

  • it died with Tu Pac and Biggie.

  • Lupe Fiasco.

  • is so sad, it make me cry almost every time ... verry sad ... is like you have to kill the one you love the most ( ..... and there is nothing left for you in this world

  • You got that feeling from listening to this?

  • Un vero autentico capolavoro spazianti i confini dell'eterno universo!

    Grazie

    sal

  • Certainly one of my many favorites. Just beautiful to listen to. There is no music more soothing, more hauntingly tranquil than that of the classical genre.

  • I love this song with lyrics, too.I recommend you to listen Adagio from Sarah brightman or Lara Fabian.

  • one of my favorite songs of all time!

  • Absolutely Beautiful, Wonderfully composed, a pure work of art

  • yea this is something very special

  • sarah brightman does a good version of this, called anytime anywhere

  • i wish i could play the violin

  • you can

  • @maryomango I do play the violin, I wish I could play it good enough though to play something thing this. Years of practice.

  • @maryomango

I stopped wishing and started playing half a year ago even though I'm 24 years OLD (for starting to play anyways ^^) It's really hard sometimes but it's also lots of fun...I don't regret it :-)

  • 280 years old and so full of grace.

  • Well, I agree that it's really good, but it isn't 280 years old. It's only like 64 years old. Composed by Remo Giazotto around 1945. So it's really that good, but really not that old...

  • @pacerman265 Beauty knows no age.

  • @pacerman265 ¿ 280 years old ? I read that it was written in 1945 by Remo Giazotto.

  • @pacerman265

Helps us reflect on what it is to be human.

  • @pacerman265 The Adagio in G minor for violin, strings and organ continuo, is a neo-Baroque composition popularly misattributed to the 18th century Venetian master Tomaso Albinoni, but in fact composed entirely by the 20th century musicologist and Albinoni biographer Remo Giazotto.

  • @autopsi no one now will believe in it...Giazotto should say it while he was alive

  • @pacerman265 281 now.... lol

  • @pacerman265 as eddiexplorer wrote in the description of his video: "The Adagio in G minor for violin, strings and organ continuo, is a neo-Baroque composition popularly attributed to the 18th century Venetian master Tomaso Albinoni, but in fact composed almost entirely by the 20th century musicologist and Albinoni biographer Remo Giazotto.
