  • christmas music?

  • @AriuzTV Damn you got told son!

  • NEVER SURRENDER!

  • obviously it was a bg from nada, all games from him are, he sucks balls

  • i respect all units in broodwar

  • Also aka rage quit

  • ge..uhhh sasamnidaasawaa

  • no gg no skill

  • lol andrew w.k. - The end of our lives playin as victory song

  • I come from 2011 with the message, people still don't gg to carriers

  • These players play so fast , gg isnt always the first thing on their mind especially if they were just in a losing situation. Knowing NaDa's personality I doubt he meant any disrespect.

  • i like how they were getting ready to say gg even though he said nothing

  • gg.....oermgomreg awkward moment

  • I'd like to see someone type 'FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU' instead

  • I think the prince can do whatever he wants.

  • pffft... bad manners like punching your opponent in the head

  • no gg no skill

  • @ChriZJ A Bonjwa with no skill?

  • @ChriZJ Nada with no skill? IdrA with no skill? you really must be an idiot. That no gg no skill shit is retarded.

  • @kingofgames35 Yeah, that shit is really retarded.

I always type out 'Good game.' though, if you're so zealous about respecting your opponent, at least give him the effort of typing more than two letters.

  • @kingofgames35 u disrespecting whitera brah?

  • @lifeDotGov You an idiot? "brah"? I think so, go troll somewhere else faggot.

  • @kingofgames35 umadbrah?

  • @lifeDotGov no, but you are an idiot... i would rather be mad than someone who can't read. I never mentioned whitera in my first comment btw... nice fail trolling.

  • Comment removed

  • Nada does what he wants just like Idra!!!!!

  • well whats the meaning of gg if the game wasnt good, at least hes trying to keep its meaning ^^

  • @Capeau context is important though, its a professional setting in which gg is like the bare minimum of manners. The ladder is different, I don't give a shit if someone online doesn't gg but I would probably care if I were a pro and my opponent didn't gg, I think anyone would

  • @Araskit

i wouldnt care shit, especially if i just won ;)

  • @Araskit I wouldnt care..

  • @Araskit Ya agreed. It's like if tennis players didn't shake hands after a match. It's the very minimum courtesy and a huge disrespect if somebody didn't do it.

  • @Capeau It had carriers. Thus it was good.

  • people take it way to seriously. like actualyl it used to not even occur to me to say anything unless i thought it was a really great and close game. id just press the surrender button and he wins. nerds.

  • I don't get it. What happened on the video? Just GG?

  • 0:17 GEE GE--- ooh wait wtf

  • the toss is good at making carriers. a useful talent toi have

  • ALT QQ !!!!

  • This is the game that inspired Idra's play

  • love koreans....they were expecting GG to end game, and they got busted lol

  • GG overall just translates into "Fuck you bitch, you got pwned!", so who cares.

  • @BorkaBonum nope, it doesnt

  • @flectz It does.

GG is as meaningless by its broad definition as "LOL".

I only see the winners go "GG" in the RTS games I play too, which translate "GG" to "Game over" in praxis.

  • @BorkaBonum you are aware that the losing player is also supposed to say gg before he leaves, right? so why would it make sense by your definition: "Fuck you bitch, you just got pwned"?

  • @flectz I'm talking about the praxis, of how it's actually implegmented.

GG on the losing side translates to "Fuck you", but seeing how the winning side is more keen to "GG" it sort of leaves much to be desired.

Same with "GLHF" - the only players I've seen went with that in the start of the game came out as the sorest losers I've seen.

  • @BorkaBonum That's you don't play on elite level.

  • @BorkaBonum That's only because you play on a low (less than semi-pro) level.

  • @Menorka123

Coming to think of it - how are you supposed to know that? And... why the hell would that matter?

  • @BorkaBonum GG from the losing side = conceding the game and saying that the opponent played well and deserved the win.

GG from the winning side = leave the game, you've lost.

Which of the two sounds more polite?

  • no gg = no skill :)

  • @spat28 Nada = 400 - 500 Apm. Actually the best terran in the world.

  • @ellomatezz yea u prob play sc2 also if u think thats a factor, greats player are defined by their time, when their time over, are they still great? or great for their generation. Even if nada played at 500 apm, flashes using 250 apm would destroy nada cuz it aint about apm, its eapm ^_^

  • @ellomatezz Yeah, 80% of that apm is just hitting '1212121211212121212121' frantically though to keep his fingers flexible.

80% of the APM of any progamer is just spamming something trivial to keep your fingers in a rhythm, 500 apm doesn't mean that much, it just means you spam harder in practice.

  • @nageljeuk check out : Nada playing starcraft 2. that will proof XD

  • @ellomatezz If you checking him out playing SC2 it also proves that it's mostly spam.

Really, opening up the replay of any person in sc2gears shows that for any player, pro or not, 80% of actions are going to be spam to keep the fingers flexible. HuK has like 22 times '121212121212' every 5 seconds in his replay files.

It's not that it's not a good thing to do, I do it too, flexible fingers are good, it just means that you shouldn't think too much of high apm.

  • @nageljeuk Dont understand me wrong ^^. I just meanted that because that was the first thing i was thinking about ^^. if someones says no skills to someone whos actually one of the best sc player then this is pretty sad.

  • @ellomatezz Well, NaDa was obviously one of the best SC1 gamers ever, he's past his prime now doing SC2.

It's not that SC2 is a lesser game, it's that it's newer, so people haven't gotten perfect mechanics in it yet.

SC1 is almost completely figured out, so all people do is train mechanics, SC2 is still about, dare I say, strategy?

  • @nageljeuk I didnt have experience in SC1. But still, yeah youre right. I was just saying to this kid that nada was a really good player after he said "no skills"

  • @nageljeuk No, that is so wrong that it hurts. There are still strategies coming up in sc1 and there are still games being won completely by mechanics in sc2. Not only that, but Nada maintains 300ish APM with little to no spamming, if you honestly think top players have 50 useful actions per minute you are incredibly stupid.

  • @HuehuehueEsBest loading up a random NaDa replay (versus Morrow) in sc2gears, this shows up: 5:49 oGs Hotkey Select 3 5:50 oGs Hotkey Select 5 5:50 oGs Hotkey Select 3 5:50 oGs Hotkey Select 5 5:50 oGs Select Bunker (103a4), Deselect all 5:50 oGs Salvage (Bunker) 5:51 oGs Hotkey Select 3 5:51 oGs Hotkey Select 5 5:51 oGs Hotkey Select 3 5:51 oGs Hotkey Select 5 5:51 oGs Hotkey Select 2 And it goes on and on and on, he just randomly selects control groups, does nothing, deselects, 10 per second
  • @HuehuehueEsBest top players have 150-220 eapm aka useful apm, nobody plays with, can play with, or requires above that to play sc, educated one

  • 24 Idras watched this clip

  • 24 Idra's watched this clip

  • gg lost its meaning

  • lol Andrew WK as victory song... pretty neat for asians

  • No reason to say GG if you don't think it was. Lying is more rude, imo.

  • @higrack I think 'gg' is comparable to 'lol'. When you say 'lol' you aren't really laughing out loud. You just say as a form of acknowledgement.

  • @Winstet420 Just because that's what it's become doesn't mean that's what it should be.

  • @higrack Huh?

  • gg is overrated anyway.

  • @ho33es its about keeping face. its not so important in western countries as eastern.

  • @ho33es let me guess ur from NA server right?

  • @AriuzTV no, i play on your mom, you dumbfucking nerd. =)

  • @ho33es oh? so ur the little kid from the kindergarden? I see :)

  • @AriuzTV yes, and you're the pedofile gay nerd who's arguing with a little kid from kindergarden (and it's not THE kindergarden).

  • @ho33es and ur just a troll in the internetz that just wasted my time again ;) . nvm, grow up and get mannered soon.

  • @AriuzTV it's funny...you make it sound like i started this, yet i simply replied to a snobby comment you recently left to something i wrote a year ago. If you didn't want to waste your "precious" time, then why don't you simply not reply with an attitude? Does it matter what servers i played on? uswest, iccup & sc2gg, but it doesn't mean anything. Quite honestly i think you're just a dumbfucking nerd who needs to realize that not saying "gg" isn't the rudest thing in the world. Faggot.

  • @ho33es and there u can see again that ur not worth a disscussion because u have no respect and are badmouthed, a "gg" shows manner and respect to ur opponent especially koreans show how important manner is in esports. NA server has the most bad manner I`ve ever seen. I started with a server, u continued with my mom? shows me that ur probably a little kid. In reallife I would break ever bone from u if u would say that in front of me, but ur hiding behind the internet, like a little bitch

  • @ho33es and this is my last comment to u, because ur not worth my time what so ever, there are to many trolls in the internet that wasted my time allready. whatever ur next comment is, I will ignore that so dont give a try to find some new cool sentences about my mom or my family. hope u grow up a bit and realise soon what kind of asshole u are ;)

  • @AriuzTV to long to read, get a life, faggot.

  • @AriuzTV ur an idiot stfu!

  • 1:4 -> Nada was completely lost!!

  • hahahaha nada's the man!

  • That's why Nada is Idra's favorite player.

  • @ppshchik keep hating dumbfuck

  • Nada can say/do whatever the fuck he wants. He is and always will be one of the greatest of all time.

  • Thats what i call a sore loser!

  • GG= Good Game, NOT "you win". So why would someone say GG if they didn't feel it was at all a good game?... If you feel you played awful, you wouldn't consider it a good game...

GG is a very over used phrase

  • @xtrm333 I understand what you mean, but "gg" is good manners. If someone spends alot of time cooking you a meal and it tastes bad, you don't just flatout tell them they're a terrible cook. Same philosiphy here... its less "good game" more "Congratulations on your win, I'm out."

  • @Skope111 If your wife is terrible in bed, and performs so bad that you fake it, she wont improve and you can't have a better sex life together. A rather forward example.... but "gg" should in fact be rewarded to players, not expected

  • @xtrm333 Sure, I completely understand where you're coming from, but it is expected, regardless of whether or not it was a good game. By not "gg"ing, you are taking the victory away from the opponent by putting the loss purely on the fact that you sucked. So i suppose its more of a respectful thing.

  • @xtrm333 exactly why even if someone is pissed off should say "gg", simply means "good game" as an respect towards your opponents time and effort. like you said, it does not mean "you win" per se so there should be no hard feelings such as "i lost" either.

using your own arguments again you, not saying gg would be more like "i f***ed up, you win", point proven.

  • @FateAtYourWindow No i'm afraid that's not my argument at all =/ I see your logic, but it's completely flawed. My point was simply that to say "gg" means that the game was a great one and you are 'proud' to have played in it. GG used in those matches where you just mess up and lose, means you are just saying "you win". Which IS NOT what it means at all

  • @xtrm333 is that what you think? Everything you say in life has only a literal meaning? where are you from and how old are you boy? obviously if you think my argument is flawed and argues everything in the literal sense, you've been living in a cave. There are things such as respect in any type of entertainment, sport, social circle. GG has more than just its literal meanings.

Anyone who has mad succeses in life has to have put up with things like this even if the dont mean, go out more.

  • @FateAtYourWindow or how about fuck off with that logic and look at the fact that toss went carriers, something that requires insane amounts of skill and talent to do.

  • @Stefan773 you are totally out of line here. what is your point?

  • @FateAtYourWindow carriers = no skill

  • @Stefan773 I would like to see you win with carriers against ANY decent player, EVEN ONLY on USEAST, if it doesn't take skills to win with carriers against a decent player, let alone progamers in KOREA, why don't you prove it to us? send us first person replays, post on teamliquid, start your own thread there?

  • oh foru! 50 gateway incident

  • angry gaming kid

  • I dont see shit.

  • He was playing vs foru and if you know their history a bit they dont like each other one bit which was mainly cuz of foru

  • hey got protossed

  • pues entonces NaDa gg :P

  • i never say gg. lol.

  • OMG BM!!!!!111111ELEVENTY

  • how could this hhappen, i mean seriously, its quite funny not seeing gg

  • I really wouldn't give a fuck if my opponent gg or not... seriously... I'd be more happy about winning.

  • @Houck1337 yeah but it doesn't matter if he want to gg or not, is a rule

  • saying gg is one of the rules. isn't it ?

  • @mkwannab yeah it is

  • if you leave the game, you obviously lose.. i guess you wont be banned from the tournament

  • maybe it was a typo lol

  • comentarist GG lol

  • Nada was about to fight him right after the match.

  • whahahaha that would be lol on the stadium , all that people watching XD

  • when they say no gg it means it's not a good game.

  • Not really, the player was either to upset or pissed off to really say 'gg'. He doesn't believe its a good game, because he basically let down your entire team... which is a pretty bad feeling.

  • Which is exactly what gbmack2000 said...

  • Not saying GG really implies "the opponent was lucky and not good?"

When I get really pissed off on iCCup, or I think my opponent got lucky, I actually leave withouth "gg".. hmm

But how important is it that he didnt type GG in korean proleague? does that really resembles him as BM just for that?

  • bad manner because he didn't say "gg". two letters and you act like he spit on him.

  • Who is he playing and when was this?

  • wrong.

All progamers, now at least, say gg

  • thats not true, everybody does say gg in korean progaming leagues

  • some ppl consider it bad manner... like saying your opponent was lucky instead of good.

  • @leandroqm mm not really....just knowing the game is over wasting the other persons time is stupid

  • @MarioBrosClassic This is a televised game, this is why I don't agree with you.

  • what happen when is no ggg???????
