  • Rex, it reduced the adhesion wad in my thumb pad by about 25% just shooting this video, so I think you will like it. Jedd

  • I did about three minutes of rotation with each thumb today. Noticed a big strength imbalance between left and right, so I'll keep this one in the mix for a while. A very intelligent training idea.
