I didn't know it at first. I searched under Google with: "75% for you Pa and Ma" and I got Ma and Pa Kettle. I'm 33. I have heard of them because my grandfather used to babysit us and I'd watch with him. Looks like the same characters. I'd have to search some of their shows to figure out which one it is. I love all these sorts of TV shows. I'm not in sync with my generation. I have a crush on Frankie Avalon, ok. :-)
