In the world of computers, this technique is completely outdated. Get yourself an Ipad and some memory program like Anki. Then use it 3 to 10 times a day. Every day. Over time, the words will go into your head. Repetition.

Thanks for the upload. Ensemble languages like Arabic should not be learned word-by-word, but in phrases instead, but I suppose you could use the same technique.
