I know that most people can't think in certain situations while being under huge amounts of stress and fear. Had to still point out the parts to the people who say she couldn't have moved her head out of the way. Also, why was the guy always fully in path of the steam pipe to redirect the steam. Makes no sense.

I also noticed what many others have written here. She could've cut the trap, but the thing I though of first was that she could've bend her neck far enough that the arrow could've been avoided completely or with minor injury. If you pause the video at 4:19 you can see that her neck is far away from the arrows path after she's already been shot. So the strap around her neck wouldn't have restricted her from moving her head backwards, even with the device protruding to shoot with a slight angle.

THe best parts of saw are when you dont think hard enough about your trap and then you get ironically murdered when the key, valve, nob, etc. is right in front of your eyes.
