Do yo live in Colorado? If so, I would recommend Dynamic Sports Park. They have a fantastic recreational field set up just like Call Of Duty(the Bog). And their Pro Shop in Centennial has numerous scenario markers fit for your every need.
i went to apc and i meat kyle raley cuz he works their and i forgot to charge my gun and he let me use his Ego and im only 13 and that was the most amazing gun and now im gettin a g4 which is bery close to the ego

I would say the best way to start a team would be to practice, practice, practice as a team. Pick a local field that you want to support and stick with it. Loyalty in paintball is key. After showing people/local shops that your team can perform well together then that will go very far.
