If you meant the old mustang "pre 2010" then yes, they only average a 0.87G on the skid pad which actually isn't that bad. The 2010-11' Mustang GT & new 5.0 pull 0.96G (AVG) on the skid pad and the freaking thing ran 70.2 mph in the slalom. That is incredible. The 370z is slightly better, as it should being 275 Lbs less. But the days of bad handling mustangs are gone.
