  • Awesome video, thank you Scott, when I first saw this video I knew I had to have this for my Dojo. It was finished yesterday and this was my first attempt at the exercises. Super challenging! I have to admit I have my work cut out for me, the figure eights kicked my butt and I kept messing up. I will keep working at this workout. It works all muscles my hamstrings were even burning after the gorilla crawls. You do rock!

  • Nice! For those of you having a hard time finding a long bar, look around at your local parks. You can sometimes find something suitable in the playground equipment area, or at least better than you'll find at the gym.

  • I do inverted pullups but off of a heavybag. this allows me to strengthen my guard and abs at the same time. I wish I had a pull up bar though.
