  • That was a crazy night. It took us 5 hours to get out of that lot.

  • If you didn't have 4 wheel drive you were fucked

  • man best trip of my life i drove all the way from detroit to camp out in a wet ass tent, get stung by bees, bit by mesquitos, with only my last bit of money in the world. to make it to the show pay some guy $20 to get in and make it all the way to the main floor for the whole show, not only that when it came time to leave we only had to wait an hour and i drove around about 10 or 15 stuck cars and trucks in a freaking saturn 4 door and not get stuck for a second.

  • Haha, fantastic. I remember pushing cars for hours.

  • This was chaos. In the venue itself there was not a single blade of grass that was not unearthed.

  • i forgot to mention the awesome trip i had pulling into alpine the next day, seeing bulldozers in the yellow lot. bulldozers!!!!

  • famed yellow lot at alpine! priceless!

  • that shit was insane...i think i was the only person from jersey at this show...

  • pushing my freinds car in my boxers, and helping other people out of the mud was truly a pricless moment in my life. this was one of the best days of my life.

  • I had to drive my buddies 2 wheel drive taurus out of there. Only got stuck once when a retard in a colorado decided to floor it and get stuck infront of us. Therefore making it stop. Kick ass show though.

  • My buddy and I had an Audi with all wheel drive, and we were weaving in and out of rows of stuck cars. It was great.

  • ahahaa i got out in like 5 mins. some folks were nice...

  • haha, same, it paid to be near the back

  • IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET OUT OF THERE!!! Friggen VIP parking and it still took us 2 hours to leave the place.

This is about the only bad memory of that show

  • yeah when me and my buddy were leavin we saw staff in groups of 3 or 4 just talkin to each other and not doing their damn job

  • lol. Yea, I remember this one guy got out of his car and just started directing traffic just as a joke and it kind of worked actually.

  • We didn't get out until about 2 AM. There was a line of cars that literally moved 3 cars every 20 minutes. Then some guys volunteered to help push our car through the mud, so we could get to the exit gate. Thank God.

  • Dude, i was there, this fucking blew. god damnit

  • hahahaha

  • My friends and I made over $100 bucks selling hot dogs and hamburgers in the yellow parking lot after the concert. My thanks to the terrible conditions.

  • slept in my car for 2 hours until the lot cleared. only the dumbasses would drive, get stuck, drive 5 feet more, get stuck again, .....

  • i'll never forget the just massive ammount of people getting there and leaving, unbelievable.

  • My brother & I got out in 3.5hrs. We were in a 2 wheel drive Ford. I was wearing a Sublime T-shirt & pushed a ton of people. I met a lot of cool people & a few jerks. It was literally

    "The Battle Of Alpine Valley"

BEST CONCERT EVER well worth the mud....

  • lmao i waited 2 and a half hours to get out of there ...well worth it though

  • amyone live around there?

  • sure do, about 25 minutes from Alpine. It's nice for skiing and even better for Rage. Except for the mud of course.

  • i was stuck there for the night sleepin in a van, fun shit.

  • yeah i have no idea how my corolla got out of that shit. still totally worth seeing Rage and the most powerful and intense show i've ever been to.
