Even though you may cry, you may feel pain in your heart, it just shows you how life is important. How to love and be happy. But it also shows the pain and sorrow that comes with it.

CLANNAD shows that the world isn't a place where one can monopolize happiness. No matter how much you love or hate things, this is where you lose the old and gain the new. These kind of inspirational films can sway many people's emotion. If you are depressed from this anime, you have failed as an audience.

Great film is not about how much tears it can break out of you, but it's about the message that it can pierce through your heart. Your sadness was never their intentions.

To me, this is sadder than Roaring Tides II, not because of the melody, but because of the memories from Clannad it brings back. When I hear this song, it makes me think of (SPOILER!!!) Nagisa's death, and Tomoya screaming her name. After that, it just makes me think of all of the memories of Nagisa and Tomoya, and I just want to cry.
