I remember playing Nira awhile back. VERY VERY Dangerous player. Cool guy, and he even played more than 10 matches. I think the overall score was 6-9 his way. He is a master of Turbo 1. Most the matches I won were in Turbo 2 and 3

Blah. Turbo 1 has its obvious advantages but that's for slow pokes and failures who don't dare play Turbo 3 or even 2. At least you have some dignity to take 2 at least. He knows if at faster speed (let alone Turbo 4 in Japan) he can exploit nothing and he has no chance.

I believe Afrolegends will play Turbo 3 if he gets the call too.

man, Balrog vs T.Hawk is such a disadvantage, thawk cant do the bird dive because Balrog's standing jap counters it, and Thawk has tremendous difficulty moving forward because Balrog controls all the space in front of him. You just have to slip by and capitalize as much as possible when you have to the chance with T hawk.

Why Speed 1?

Emulated ST speed just isn't quite as accurate as the arcade speed settings. Speed 1 plays at the speed you'd expect for arcade or at least closest to it. I like speed 2 personally but don't notice any difference at speed 1 either.

Speed 1 is actually used on GGPO for long distance connections as well, when you play someone from Japan to USA, Turbo 1 feels very fast.

I've always been in love with the combo at 02:17. Cross-up forward, cr. jab, cr. jab, st.jab xx Jab or Strong Rising Hawk. However a more ghetto solution versus Boxer is Cross-up forward, st.forward xx Fierce Rising Hawk, I use the latter since I suck at multiple jab combos ;___;

I got to admit, that was absolutly amazing play. I've played Afro Legends before, and I beat him with Fei Long, once. Although after, he said it was too laggy and quit -- but he's still an amazing player.

However, just looking at that T.Hawk player -- he's the pinnical of amazing play.

He's a beast, but his online play is limiting because he relies on all the frame times to be exactly the same, while most online players can adapt to any delay.
