Well i can tell you, for a fact, i can't see any difference between 60fps, and 45fps. So that at least means my eyes can't see higher than 45fps, and the rest of what i said don't require scientific study, and whether you believe it or not does not change the fact that this is currently a fairly typical standard for computer monitors produced today.

Well, I think I would notice the difference. And moreover I definitively would!!!! Because when you play a video in slow-motion, which I like to do once in a while, the picture gets really choppy if there are not many frames, and the slower you want it, the more frames you need for a smooth playback. Another point of creating such high spec would be just because, I would want to see if I would notice difference, with my own eyes, between say 45fps and 45 trillion fps.

Ok well to store 1 second of video in waggabiggadoo's format, would take 311730 gb of space, If your curious how i arrived at this value we take the number of pixels per a frame 29000 x 29000, we then take this value and times it by the number of frames per a second 199000, and finally by the number of bytes per a pixel, (2 if we would like 16 bit colour(there are 8 bits in one byte)) This gives us an answere in bytes, we then divide by 1024, 3 times to go from b to Kb to Mb to Gb. Impractical

Also i just wanted to add, that you would still be only be able to see at whatever fps your screen refreshed at, which like i said earlier is typically 60fps, the only reason you would want to record at extreme fps's would be for high speed slow motion, however when rendering video, there is not much point in going above 60, typically something less, such as 30 is fine.

I stand semi-corrected. I've just checked the mp4 file in my temp cache, it is indeed 1280x720. For some stupid and utterly insane reason, the youtube player insists on downscaling the file when it displays it.
