I remember seeing this on the stage in London...Twas Fantastic....I was only 12 years old, and I remember having "Restless leg syndrome" TORTURE-didnt ruin the show tho...the music is SOOOOOOOO funky...Real "Starksy(?) and Hutch...but not in a cheesey kind of way-AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone else find the story of Jesus to be something SICK? Here they are, dancing around and celebrating while this savior, this "Son of God" is whipped for seemingly no reason, and you know the crucifixion is coming.  This bespeaks of the HATRED humankind has for nonexistent God, not love. If he was literally God's child, I would HATE this God for its cruelty. I firmly believe that titling this man God and celebrating his sacrifice would take us AWAY from God's love, if it existed.

@angelparfait I don't think they were dancing 'while' he was whipped. It only appears that way because of how it is edited in this trailer. You misinterpreted it. The authorities and the powers-that-be hated him, because he threatened their authority, and he represented freedom. It reminds us that no matter how powerful the rulers are, there is always a higher authority which says oppression is wrong. That is the moral basis for revolutionary change.
