@UPDetector Thanks, I think the double-set was to prepare for the afternoon rush, there's a Metrolink yard about a mile or two further up the line.

@AmtrakCal462 Ahhh OK too bad I couldn't have more time to visit these area when I come this May, but I'll only be in Fullerton for a day then all the rest is sight seeing since this will be my first time to California, and my arents are coming along they wanna do some of that, but if were just me I'd be visiting all over Cali.

@UPDetector Ya California has some good Railroading, you chose a good spot in Fullerton, lot of action there!! What day are you gonna be in Fullerton? Los Angeles is really close to Fullerton, about 25 minutes away.
