  • bobybuilders look atrocious, all of them, I would much rather look like my self and feel athletic than that, I;m not saying dont work out or even saying don't cycle lightly but the juice head 30 boiled eggs a day shit is brainless, and if you have enough time to look like that (pro's excluded) you may as well hold a sign saying you're broke because you sure aint got time to make money.

    PS: I switched from the iron to resistance tubes and bands. Dynamic resistance gives you nice work on m. tonus maintenance and it is much more gentle on your joints than weights. No chance to get the same growth rate though. But once you get one with weights...
