The Car does have parking brake, its on the left side of the drivers seat though. to put it on neutral, you just press the two paddles at the same time and reverse is on the button, hope that answers your questions :D

not necessarily. My ex gf has an 05 Ford Mustang that is not a convertible, but the windows lowers when door is to be opened, and raises one the door is shut. I'm going to guess that its because the doors don't have frames on top, so the window has to adjust in order to keep a tight seal against rain and at the same time not break when the door is opened.
