Good contact swing. I don't see how your maintaining your balance with that odd stance but whatever works for you. You should try to get into the habit of striding though. How much does that bat weigh? Your swinging it like a wiffle ball bat. Get some wood and practice with something a little heavier. You will notice a big difference in your balance and bat speed. Plus you will get into the habit of striding with the heavier bat.
Pretty good and I like your back foot turned in so you can get your hips through but it's a little too much and sometimes your foot rolls all the way over. IMHO you don't need to stride much. Big strides only set you up to be a victim of off-speed stuff and also can cause your eye level to change. A bit of a stride is fine but make sure your front foot is down early. Have a great season!
your definately a contact hitter. Which is a good thing. If u want to develop any power your going to have to develop some kind of stride. Overall a good swing, its short and compact which makes for a good leadoff guy or lower in the lineup hitter. Work on finishing with your head down, no need to watch the ball you can find it after you step out of the box. One last thing dont drop your hands when u start your swing. It cause u to pop up.. Feel free to check my swing out...
when you start your stance your weight is forward, keep it back. i know you do the rock thing but it could cause you to get off balance on a curveball. and also, you have to explode your hips (if you know what i mean)
too short on your finish... You need to finish through the ball..in other words your bat needs to match the plane of the ball for as long as possible..you need to be short to contact with a longer finish
overall not bad, work on loading a little better, and what i mean by that, is your "prepitch" that initial first step before you decide whether you're swinging or not. get your hands to where you want them and go straight to the ball. only other thing i can see, is i disagree wth the person below and inverted back foot is not a good idea, it takes so much torque from your body. all and all keep at it, it looks nice.
Turning the back foot in and front food in is not good at all and don't let anyone tell you it is. You get less torque from having your back foot like that and your front foot doesn't matter as long as you get to the same hitting position without losing your balance
Overall, very nice swing. Keeping the back foot turned in is good. In my opinion, I like to keep everything still until I swing and I like to keep a wide stance and just barely step to avoid extra movement. Lastly, when I am not hitting the ball well, it usually means II'm not getting my hips out of the way, so think of a swing in 3 parts: weight transfer from the back foot to the front, turning your hips and then driving hands through--try to do all 3 parts in one fluid motion. Good luck.
one thing that u should not do is cross your feet like that before u load .... it can get u off balance and provent less torque (power and core strength muscles.) Ad when u lose your core mechanics u have no power to hit the ball hard up the middle. I could tell from your follow through that it felt uncomfortable and if it wasnt that means that u have grown into a bad habit. which u need to get out of.... u know.

keep your backfoot straight. That will allow you to throw your hips faster and be quicker to the ball.

You have good basic mechanics, just I would like to see u take a stride into the ball. You know just to get your legs into it a little more.
