But it would be pretty damn sweet to have it legal in cali. but i know the federal government would intervene and make it an illegal substance again. Businesses arent going to just start selling weed out of stores like cigarettes. It will still be illegal federally, and as we know the feds are thieves. They take anything used in the production, the transportation and the money made from drugs. Example if one was caught growing marijuana in an apartment, feds could sieze the whole complex.

My company has a very clear "at will" employment policy that they can fire me at any time and I can leave any time. If i show up drunk or smelling like alcohol they have every right to fire me.
