  • still who cares if its illegal just buy it from your pot dealer

  • think about it.....america spends 40 billion dollas a year on the war on drugs.

i can make a call right now and get a bag of weed.

which basically means that 40 billions goes in the drain every year

and they wonder why the country is in a money crisis

  • Fumatela y callate!

aunque recuerda que en los estados liberaloides-tercermundistas como florda, es ilegal

  • thumbs up if you smoke weed

  • ok so help me understand this...i can go buy some cough syrup...and trip my ass off.....some K2 from the gas station.....and get high as fuck, and go buy a pack of cigs, and slowly die. ECT..... While the govnt. knows the truth about this shit and how it can be fatal if abused, but we cant legalize a fucking plant (A PLANT)that has NO NEGATIVE EFFECTS. and can get us out of the economic hole were digging. ha fuck this....cheers to the downfall of our nation. GREAT JOB AMERICA

  • @TheWilcoxx it just makes me angry that i can't do anything about it. in addition to your statement, hemp would save billions of trees, because it lasts longer than paper and is better, and can also be used in clothes. People complaining about cutting down trees and people killing the environment should be out trying to legalize marijuana.

Also, lets look at facts- alcohol//cigarettes kill and are addictive. alcohol kills brain cells. cigarettes fill your lungs and brain with tar. Weed does not!

  • @ejbot and burning your books made out of pot at the end of the school year would be a whole new thing

  • @masterlp what are you saying?

  • @ejbot well i dont know about where you live, but here (quebec) some of us gather to burn our school notebooks in a big fire, and you know if we would use marijuana paper instead of ''wood paper'' well things would get alot more...crazy

  • omg i dont get Americans.., they make a dumb celeberty like Arnold a governor but they wont legalese weed?

  • @EdvinasYah

they wanted arnolds money not his political beliefs

  • what the fuck happened cali.................

  • LEGALIZE IT

  • Who cares if it didnt pass. I still will smoke it. and its the government loss for they would have made 1.4 billion dollars like the video says if it was. and i hate when i see people get in trouble for marijuana its such a harmless thing that cops waste their time on to make their quota. Well see if its made legal in 2012...

  • @kingteeto1 December 21st 2012 xD

  • im glad california didnot legalize marijuana the crime rate would skyrocket

  • @jesuschristisking01 not really, it could go up or down, marijuana dosn't make people think "im bored, lets go rob someone," usually it relaxes people and mellows em out. and people wouldn't have to resort to stealing to get there fix.

YES TO PROP 19! (failed prop :( )

  • how do you get medical marijuana? i heard you can get it from like a broken ankle but tht dosnt seem right to me

  • Well i was gonna vote yes on prop 19, But then i got high, OOOo OOooo OOOo. I coulda voted and it coulda passed But i was high. Now its still Illegal and i know y, Hey Hey, Cause i got high because i got high because i got high...

  • idk what all you dumb fucks are talking about marijuana has been legal since the beginning of time!! im blown right now!!!

  • Legalization is inevitable as more people get educated on the subject. Learn the facts about marijuana and tell it to your friends and one day we will be able to enjoy all its benefits, mostly the ones that don't include getting high. Look what them up, you might be surprised. (this comes from a non smoker)

  • Talk about hemp.

  • im so fucken pissed

  • this has its highs and lows. prop 19 states that anyone 21 or older that sell to someone under 21 will face harsh jailtime. It also states that you cannot smoke in a public place. But it would be pretty damn sweet to have it legal in cali. but i know the federal government would intervene and make it an illegal substance again. Maybe in 2 years they will have better guidelines and then hopefully the law will be passed.

  • yep.... prop 19 was a failure... fuck America...

  • 2 yrs from now all of the U.S should be able to vote for prop19

not only cali ,its grown their but most of its consumed everywhere else

11-2012 the next time around to vote , that yr has a better sound to it

till then get ur tax free weed

  • We Failed Ca.

  • I will just stick to vicodin for the pain and xanax for my anxiety attacks then.

  • Everyone Proposition 19 is a no go. Just watch cnn.

  • Dammit, it failed. :(

  • hopefully it doesnt pass

  • @TillDeathDoUsPart661 fuck you nerd

  • @ChicanoTattooArt nerd? ese fuck you im glad that shit didnt pass hahahahah

  • @TillDeathDoUsPart661 go fuck ur self

  • @TheWilson775 hahahahaha it didnt pass arent you glad hahahahaha now you can go fuck your self

  • @TillDeathDoUsPart661 who gives a fuck it aint gonna stop anyone from smoking it hahhaha faget

  • @TheWilson775 yeha your right but its still funny that all you dumb asses got excited for nothing hahah did you even vote?

  • @TillDeathDoUsPart661 oh wow real big touch internet kid get a real job bitch ass leva.

  • @ChicanoTattooArt i aint no kid, leva? what the fuck? do you go around calling eveyone u dont like a leva? u must think ur a G huh?

  • @TillDeathDoUsPart661 hell yea fool your the one who disrespected me first homeboy. telling me fuck you, so im just supposed to be silent.

  • @ChicanoTattooArt what the fuck go read the comments you where the first one to disrespect, dont come at me with that shit saying i disrespected you first

  • VOTE YESSSSS ON PROP 19!!!!!!!!!!!!! PEOPLE GET OUT THERE AND VOTE.

  • @NOcomunismo92 It's been defeated sry man :(.

  • haha high aspirations get it get it ugh...

  • go giants

  • 2:04 thats a really fucked up j

  • It has a slim chance of passing but we are optimistic.

  • So, when you buy marijuana anywhere and they scan your identification or manually enter your CDL number like they do with alcohol...

It is still federally illegal to possess it.

You get the federal summons in the mail saying you have to pay the $1000.00 bail or have a federal warrant issued for your arrest - - or they deduct it from your tax return.

The security camera in the store has your picture with marijuana in your possession, it is bundled with the transaction via secured servers.

  • @SirWinstonChurchill Really, if our government has nothing better to do than monitor our consumption of a natural substance then its time we all moved to Canada.........just sayin'........................

  • @Pandemiceye

Instead of simply erasing laws, they are making more.

Next they will complain when they get fired for being stoned at work or that their auto insurance is $500.00 a month.

I just don't hire people who can't pass drug screening.

My solution is a TEA PARTY!

It is none of the government's business to tax, regulate and control a gift of nature.

These people are more in the way of freedom than they are contributors of it.

  • @Pandemiceye

If I were to tell the press that millions of Americans would be blown up by an Iranian nutjob or that Congress has stolen their entire life savings with their bailouts, nobody panics because it is all part of the plan.

But, if I were to tell the press a few homosexuals are upset over their little wee wees or their little bag of weed, why, everyone just loses their minds!

You see, I'm not a monster, I'm just ahead of the curve and I'm not here to save anybody...

  • @Pandemiceye you know its illegal in canada too! but just like anywhere nobody gives a shit

  • fuck commercials.

  • sucks when the fuckin ad wont load so no video for me

  • @Metal7771 if u never smoked it then why do u say it makes u lazy? And who is stupid enough to get there lives ruind by weed? ive been smoking weed for 5 years now and im not lazy, my life is not ruind infact its better and ive never seen peoples lives get ruind of weed. Ive seen lives improve after weed. I think your just talking shit cuz u have nothing better to do..go talk shit to a crack head

  • @Metal7771 and alcohol and tobacco never ruined anybody's life right?

  • Comment removed

  • @Metal7771 you make it sound likes its crack.weeds not for everyone but many people smoke n are able to function just fine.its like how people relax with a beer after a day of work except weed is less harmful than liqour

  • @Metal7771 go fuck your self fagget ass bitch weed dosent make you lazy and it dosent ruins peoples lives it relaxes you when you come tired

  • @Metal7771 just smoke some and stfu like the rest of the world

  • IF YOU'RE AFRAID, IF YOU'RE IN DOUBT, PULL THAT CURTAIN BEHIND YOU AND ASK YOURSELF, HAVE WE EVER GONE WRONG WHEN WE'VE PUT FREEDOM FIRST? VOTE YES ON PROP 19

  • Businesses arent going to just start selling weed out of stores like cigarettes. It will still be illegal federally, and as we know the feds are thieves. They take anything used in the production, the transportation and the money made from drugs. Example if one was caught growing marijuana in an apartment, feds could sieze the whole complex.

  • So, when you buy marijuana anywhere and they scan your identification or manually enter your CDL number like they do with alcohol...

  • Hell no on Prop 19. In my professional opinion, marijuana will make Californians unproductive. It has similar effects of a depressant. America is a productive nation. Marijuana is an unproductive drug. If the weed is freed, Americans will lose their need for greed.

  • @ESJAY5150 everyone already smokes weeed

  • @ESJAY5150 not everyones gona start smoking just because its legal 1, and 2 legal or not people who smoke weed find a way of getting weed anyways.this way it can help the economy n lower crime n drug dealers

  • @ESJAY5150 everyones still gonna smoke it either way biatch

  • @TheWilson775 hell yeahhhhhh!

  • anyone who thinks that legalizing marijuana will make the world a brighter place is a smart person. but i have to be realistic and know that if prop 19 passes, it's going to last about 1-2 days before the federal government puts a hold on it and forces to take it to the supreme court. or before anti-pot prudes move to repeal it. It's the gay marriage fight all over again..

  • *moves to california*

  • Vote YES on prop 19. End the corruption, the lies, the violence and the cost!!

California, we are not laughing, we are praying.

  • if it goes through this means the death of drug cartels in that area. i am not a pot smoker but i am pro prop 19 for many reasons. treat week like alchole

  • I think it should be decriminalize it and legalized, therefore protected, regulated and taxed.

    YES to prop 19

  • @DonAlebrije NOOO we want it decriminalized because we dont want it taxed and think it about it if its taxed they will try and mass produce it in factories trying to sell a gram for the same amount dro medical or chronic would be and it would be even worse then Schwag. Think about it too you know how people are they get something its not good enough they will try and start tampering with it trying to make it better adding terrible chemicals

  • We are in one of the worst economic climates we have seen for decades and the legalisation of mary j would create a massive new industry, create jobs, increase tourism and ultimately could be the key to end the recession. And the great part is its only weed something that is a lot less dangerous than existing drugs on the market(alcohol)

  • I dont understand at all how that lady said that "it opens the door to employees smoking at work". My company has a very clear "at will" employment policy that they can fire me at any time and I can leave any time. If i show up drunk or smelling like alcohol they have every right to fire me. Why wouldnt they be allowed to fire me if I was stoned. That argument was just a misinformed scare tactic.

  • I dont like weed and think its stupid to smoke it. Lets be honest it makes people lazy and slow BUT just because I dotn like it doesnt mean it should be illegal. I dont like big macs and there not good for you but does that mean big macs should be illegal? I agree with that former sheriff. I'm worried about the guy trying to steal my car or the guy waiting to rob me at the ATM not about whether or not my neighbor is watching tv and smoking a joint.

  • @JohnnyBoyCali i would disagree with your assumption that pot makes people lazy and slow. what you meant to say was that indicas make people lazy and slow. there are varieties of marijuana that in fact speed up your thought process, give you bursts of mental and physical energy, etc. Marijuana is a very complicated thing, so be careful before you make generalized statements about it. What you said is sort of like me saying "Lets be honest, alcohol makes you beat your wife"...

  • Legalize Weed and ban ciggarrettes.

  • YES ON 19 ARNOLD WAS ENJOYING THAT SHIT AND IM SURE HE STILL DOES!

  • @xGhostHD LMFAO true true! Yes on 19! one more day til we vote!

  • The people that vote no actually support the dangerous drug cartels and want them to keep earning there billions of dollars instead of giving it to schools and hospitals of californias, they also support the violence and outrages spending of money/taxes

  • i just smoked grief leaf. We should legalize pot to ensure greater quality.

  • its a bad thing when a plants illegal

  • The Chamber of Commerce allegation that Proposition 19 allows one to be stoned on the job is a deliberate lie. Read the Proposition.

  • employment in california is at will, just cause pot is legal doesnt mean you cant be fired for it. at this moment, you can be fired because you smoke tobacco in your own time or any other reason that doesnt discriminate against protected classes

  • Fucking legalize it, and focus on crack, meth, cocaine, PCP, heroine, and other hard drugs except for a certain chemcial combination for acid which has been proven completely safe, i forgot what it was but yes, legalize weed, it has never killed anyone except for the first few people who drank too much liquid with pot in it, that is the only way it can kill you. In a liquid form, if you drink too much or too much too fast, it can cause heart attacks, but people are smart enough to drink a lil

  • ALL THE OPPONENTS OF PROP 19 SEEM TO THINK THAT ONCE ITS LEGALIZED EVERYONE WILL BE STONED ALL THE TIME. PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS BE ABLE TO GET WEED REGARDLESS OF THE LAW. I'VE BEEN ABLE TO GET WEED SINCE I WAS 15 BUT IF IT WERE LEGALIZED AND REGULATED THEN IT WOULD ENSURE THAT NO KIDS WERE ABLE TO GET IT. WEED HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE AND ALWAYS WILL BE. THE POLITICIANS SEEM TO THINK THAT IF THEY LEGALIZE CANNABIS THEN THEY'RE PUBLICLY ENDORSING IT. Sorry to yell but I had to get my message out there!

  • DID I HEAR THAT RIGHT? UP IN SMOKE? PFFT I AGREE WITH THAT GUY DOWN THERE EVEN IF IT DOESNT PASS IN NOV ITS NOT GOING AWAY. I HOPE OUR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND FEDS REALIZE THAT THIS ISNT SOMETHING THATS GOING TO GO AWAY. PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE UP NOW THAT THEY REALIZE HOW IMPORTANT THIS ISSUE REALLY IS! AND HOW POPULAR!

  • "Doesn't making nature against the law seem a bit, I dunno, unnatural? Marijuana has a thousand different functions, all of them positive, & kills no one. And it's illegal. While alcohol, a drug that kills more people than crack, coke & heroin combined each year is legal & shoved down our throats on tv. So this whole war on drugs is just kind of a cock suck isn't it? That's because it isn't a war on drugs, it's a war on personal freedom. Keep that in mind at all times. K? Thank you."

    -Bill Hicks

  • so there not gunna legalize a natural plant thats gunna make the government a billion dollars?? thats weird? lol

  • IT REALLY DOESNT MATTER IF IT DOESNT GET PASSED IN NOVEMEBER B/C THIS ISSUE WILL JUST KEEP COMING BACK ON THE BALLOT WITH CHANGES TO TEH BILL AND EVENTUALLY PASS

  • Two things. Does this mean there will be stores selling different kinds of marijuana? Also, does anyone know what the percentages are on this prop right now? Does anyone know which side has the higher percentage? Meaning is it likely hemp will be legal?

  • @SkateShoeReviewer Just gonna have to see in November. But don't worry, if all of us potheads are too high to vote this time, there will be more chances. This isn't gonna go away and will eventually happen. Also, yes there will be pot sold in stores. Just like you can buy alcohol from your local supermarket.

  • @SkateShoeReviewer Yes, 46% in favor in recent poll, and it'll be a close call.

  • Legalize marijuana all the way, render it worthless by growing it everywhere, in your yard, in vacant lots, on the side of every road like any other weed. Those who want to make money at it will have to grow hemp as a crop for industry and get taxed like any other crop.

  • chode joint at 2:05

  • I FUCKIN' HATE NEW YORK !!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAH DAAAAMIT BE LIKE CALIFORNIA

  • POLITICIANS ARE UNDER CORPORATE CONTROL VOTE LIBERTARIAN IN 2012 FOR TRUE CHANGE

  • Arnold is a laughing stock!

  • those drug dealers/hustlers/dope smugglers/weed sellers/etc etc are going to be pissed!!! lol but our lungs are going to be happy.......

  • Timing could not be better...Economy would flowerish. But yet the Supreme Court can challenge it? How? If im not mistaken I believe a draft of the constitution was copied onto hemp paper... I thought if its not in the constitution the feds have nothing todo with the subject its left to the states? Pass prop 19 CALIFORNIA. IM from NY our economy sucks and Id move to cali if it was passed.

  • Our governor became someone after smoking pot why can't anyone else>

  • im gonna flip my script if the prop 19 vote ends up being a landslide win. those polls show 52yes/41no but it could very well be a 60/35 or something. ive been keeping on this prop 19 like white on rice for two months!!!! its like im watching a long football game!!!

  • blah.. Legal or not, people still going to smoke it... Yes, on prop 19 but I will have to see the day before the election..

  • Legalize IT NOW!

  • LEGALIZE IT !!!!!!

  • Thank you to all who support this cause! Yes on Prop. 19!

  • YES ON19.there are thousands of unsolved rape cases yet police want to wait outside the dispensary to arrest you and make you got to court .what a waste of resources. police need to do their job and intervene when property and individuals are being harmed.if im 21 and i get pulled over speeding with a sealed package of cannabis and im sober i should be on my with a speeding ticket only.stop running us through the system and solve real crimes for change like your supposed to.

  • Everything tastes so good when your high!

  • I love the advertisements for WEEDS tv show just before the CBS news Prop 19 coverage. They are already profiting from the Marijuana industry.

  • I just dont want this in public places where it can screw with me, and because all hippies need to be killed for high treason.

  • @MacDaddyPimpDJ Oooh someones been watching south park lately

    Seriously dude hippies rule

  • Seriously.. if you are okay with alcohol being legal, then pot should be a no-brainer

  • the EMPLOYEE comments are LIES!!!!

SAME AS ALCOHOL ON THE JOB!!!!!!!

  • Give me a break. You wouldn't be allowed to get high on the job anymore than you're currently allowed to get drunk at work. That's a crock to scare people. Employers are completely within their rights to deny certain behaviors from their employees. Let's legalize it already.

  • Statistically, things are looking good for us. Polls say that 1/3 Americans admit to smoking weed at least once, and its estimated that $15 billion is made from illegal transactions. Sure, the government may tax the hell out of weed.. but if thats all it takes for legalization then tax away

  • damnit we need this in CO also

  • YES on 19!!!

  • haha that first guy interviewed... 'high' expectations for this industry haha :p x

  • why just cali????? why not the whole united states

  • @TheOriginalTG

    why stop at that?

the ENTIRE world needs to legalize!!!

  • @eternalrabbit AMEN BROTHA!!!!

  • @TheOriginalTG My friend, we are on the verge of global legalization... the road has been bumpy but we are almost there. In more than 13 states, support from Canada, Mexico, around the world. Vote yes and let's make history.

  • @NOstevecooley ya but.... i live in Utah.... here about 95% are mormon.... it sucks

  • Comment removed

  • 0:13 high aspirations!!!

  • I LIVE IN OAKLAND BABY! OAKSTERDAMN IS GREAT

  • Just treat it like alcohol.

  • the big business behind the U.S Government would lose millions if weed was legalized so they will never treat it like alcohol.

they are stupid and greedy unlike some of us

  • Lets see, it's much more less dangerous then ciggs, not addictive, if smoked the right way no side effects whatsoever, more pleasure then ciggs, no chemicals in it, can be very healthy for the economy, it is also for medicinal uses, proven it can reverse effects of cancer, glaucoma and many many many other health issues........sooo why not just legalize it when it carries all those benefits? Sure okay you get high on it but make it a law that you can only smoke it at home and not in public

  • its illegal because it can do so much.

paper companies, alcohol brewers, pharmaceutical companies etc would lose billions

  • @mapnxyaha2k10 wow, your so fucking right!!!

  • if it goes through im moving cali

  • @mapnxyaha2k10 lol, that is the same thing I was saying to my brother earlier.

  • I am not laughing Ca will force the other states to consider this law one day we could see a good percentage of the illegals aliens income vanish. Illegal drugs are how many of them finance their trek across the border. Legalize Marijuana and you kick a huge leg out from under them.

  • @cdltpx

lol... Illegal aliens? please... This is a nation of immigrants. Has everyone already forgotten how we raped and slaughtered the original inhabitants of this country? As far as illegal immigrants are concerned... they have just as much a right to this land as anyone else.

  • @nethackpro Glad you feel that way then they can move in next door to your R1 residency. They will move in 30 people into a 2 bed room house pile garbage in the yard you will have rats when there never was rats grass high as hell kill people in hit and run accidents you hear on tv the vehicle they are looking for and look next door sure enough truck fitting description with fresh damage. They were busted for drugs beer cans all over the place loud bass music that earth quakes your home.

  • @cdltpx

Just because someone is an illegal immigrant doesn't mean they will do any of these things. You are a very narrow minded individual if you actually believe this. That's the equivalent of someone in a different country assuming that all Americans are hics or that all Indians run a 7/11. Sure, prosecute the ones that create problems, but leave the others to live in peace in this country we shouldn't by any rights be calling ours.

  • @nethackpro 4 YEARS NEXT DOOR That was not all they had so many people staying there the place reeked of urine cause they do nothing but work and drink beer 30 swinging dicks pissing all the time not enough toilets so they piss in the back yard it reeked of PISS I am not making this shit up so SIT DOWN and STFU! I worked my ass off to pay this place off and I will not leave because cavemen moved in I fight back. WTFRU to call me narrow minded UDK what I have had todeal with while they were here.

  • @nethackpro I made complaints to the parish for all their rukkus and finally they forced them to leave the land owner had to make many repairs and just recently people moved in IDK if they R illegals or not they seem to be a family I see things a family would have like toys bikes wish I would see a garbage can to know they will not let rubbish pile up inviting rats. See we pay for garbage service but illegals don't they figure they can use the $10 a month on beer. IDC who lives next door B cool.

  • Marijuana is just one of the drugs they sell. The dealer still have coke, crack, smack, meth, lsd and all the rest of the illegal drugs. And if marijuana is taxed too high, the marijuana black market will pick up right where it left off.

  • @tatomuck18 weeds not a drug

  • @cdltpx home grown buy locally! Cartel's weed = terrorism

  • Comment removed

  • @RichKilla86ers Employment before enjoyment I live in the south where we still have those that just don't understand any use of MJ sure many of them are passing away there still is the so called moral majority that probably are closet MJ users openly would never admit to using but would vote to have MJ legalized so they could come out the MJ closet. I agree that home grown has less ties to terrorism but what needs to happen is the feds need to back off and let the states dictate what they want.

  • @cdltpx

    Free trade. GATT. NAFTA.

Foreign drug exporters will sue because it is a barrier to free trade.

    Checkmate...

  • @cdltpx r u stupid or what??

  • legalize in all states.

  • DOPE STILL>>>@Realhearted TWITTER THAT YALL, & FOLLOW NOW...ESY1

  • body building and pot dont go together even look it up.

  • This is retarded!!

  • i just wanna smoke weed in peace is that too much to ask!!!!
