i know how 2 install the new firmware but im having trouble installing it cause when i do it tells me to try again later and i do and it wont just work. i cant not hear music nither and i guess i have to install the firmware first but how if it wont work? if u know how can u help me please

No i haven't solve that problem yet, i don't know what to do. I haven't used my Zune like for a year now.

Does your Zune have the same problem as mine which is that when you are hearing at a song all of a sudden it stops playing it then seconds later it starts playing it again?
