ok...So you had some pretty graphic signs in there.. Parts where you used it and it doesn’t fit, then some when it would have been acceptable to sign but you didn’t. such as, the sign for "sex" you used a couple different ways, like for I want your bad romance i think you need take it easy on that sign. ( open flat B DH down on NDH). Also when you signed ROMANCE EXPERIENCE. experience what??? You need an AWFUL or even a BAD. It could use some revisions. But keep up the work!

My school just added an ASL class. We are all a little confused though, because every year, at the end of the year, some select students get to go on a field trip from where their language that they studied is commonly used. (French goes to france, Spanish goes to Spain, Mandarin goes to China, etc.) It's a MAJOR trip and only 5 seniors from each class get to go. We are all confused though, cuz we were all asking "Where does sign language go?" and none of the teachers could tell us! haha!

@nelbug05 Yeah, ASL is a mix of LSF, Martha's Vineyard signs and home signs, however if the ASL classes are going somewhere I'd say go somewhere like Gallaudet University or Rochester, because those are the two biggest deaf communities in the US aside from CSUN in California

@RollerCoasterMaster2 :) start with something simple and with the meaning kind of obvious that way its less work. You'll be more accurate that way :) If you're looking for stuff that's prettier, my friends and I try to stick with similar handshapes if at all possible :)

@AdMeliora1 SEE is sign exact english and it doesn't share much with ASL, it's not really a language and was used to teach deaf kids english. and PSE is more commonly found and it's pidgin sign english, which is ASLsigns , but in an english order, so technically it still isn't ASL

This is an ASL interpretation, however it's not a perfect interpretation. there is one sign in SEE that I use a few times. For the most part though it is ASL. PSE will stick more to the words themself and not the meaning behind it. :) I hope this helps!

haha I don't think it matters how long you've been signing, it's still all about practice. I've been signing for almost 4 years and after practicing for a good 5 or so hours I still made mistakes. My roommate that helped me interpret had a difficult time and he's been signing for about 9 or 10 years :) Just remember while interpreting, portray the meaning, not the words itself. Lastly, really practice is the only thing that can make it possible :) I hope that helps!!
