Good video! Many people have asked why Batman doesn't just get a power ring, learn magic or make a power suit like Iron Man or hell, even Azrael. Batman can and will call upon such resources if there is a need but generally, his speciality is not in brute force but in strategy, planning ahead, intellect and gadgets that help detective work first, combat second. Superman does the heavy lifting, Batman works out how to maximise its effectiveness. He doesn't have room for power, with his intellect.

As I remember, in the JLA/Avengers mini nearly 10 years ago the two exchanged a few strikes to get each others' measure, before deciding to just work together to resolve the conflict that had their teams pitted against each other. They agreed that a fight would go on for too long and likely end in a draw because they were too evenly matched.

In all actuality marvel and dc characters are the same and each comic has a character that matches the other in any situation its a stand off. And if dc and marvel were to agree to make a versus it would be up to them to decide who would win. It could go anyway. Put you would have to put the godly characters against each other in order to see who would really win but its not real so we would never know. The creators would make that decision. I would like to see Odinson and Spectre fight.
Batman does have a super power. Only one. I don't tell anyone what it is, because the comic that tells you of his one super power essentially says, "Don't tell anyone what it is," but I assure you, it is there and if you watch him before he goes into any fight, you will see it.

Ok. All of those gadgets? They don't compensate completely for the individual powers you described. And knowing what somebody is going to do doesn't mean he can stop it. Martians are supposed to be one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe except the Guardians split there species into three (Martian Manhunter), Superman (obvi), The Presence/ The Spectre (Literal entities of God), and Dr. Ivo's Amazo Android.
I love the fact that people are arguing about DC vs. Marvel when logically, if the individual characters crossed over to each other sides, then neither would have the aspects that make them so powerful (except for Bats who uses wits) Thor - Is Norse magic in the DC universe? Good video! Many people have asked why Batman doesn't just get a power ring, learn magic or make a power suit like Iron Man or hell, even Azrael. Batman can and will call upon such resources if there is a need but generally, his speciality is not in brute force but in strategy, planning ahead, intellect and gadgets that help detective work first, combat second. Superman does the heavy lifting, Batman works out how to maximise its effectiveness. He doesn't have room for power, with his intellect.

I find it interesting. Batman has a method to take out ANY hero that goes rogue. What if he does? He can take out a hero, vanish, and resurface days or weeks later to and get another one. Seems to be a bit of a one sided fight if the others don't see it coming.

As I remember, in the JLA/Avengers mini nearly 10 years ago the two exchanged a few strikes to get each others' measure, before deciding to just work together to resolve the conflict that had their teams pitted against each other. They agreed that a fight would go on for too long and likely end in a draw because they were too evenly matched.

LOL I love how @grosskopf2 is saying how Silver Surfer can "cancel" all those superheroes out when @VsxFedora JUST explained each heroes unimaginable superpowers that can practically own anyone, what is Silver Surfer's powers? @TheAssasinscreed24 I am a huge fan of both Marvel and DC, and I've grown up my whole life enjoying and somewhat admiring the hero's. Even though its fake. The Reason I like Marvel more then Dc though, is because I feel like I as a human can relate more to marvel stories and origins. Like Capt america having a big heart and dream to fight, but needed some help in order to get there and stand up. Same with how I relate to batman's tragic story of losing his parents.

In all actuality marvel and dc characters are the same and each comic has a character that matches the other in any situation its a stand off. And if dc and marvel were to agree to make a versus it would be up to them to decide who would win. It could go anyway. Put you would have to put the godly characters against each other in order to see who would really win but its not real so we would never know. The creators would make that decision. I would like to see Odinson and Spectre fight.

batman is a really strong character in the dc comics because he''s one of the few characters in the comics that doesn't have powers and still catch up to the same level as all the other heroes.. he has the gadgets and the intelligence to overcome any type of situation a villain can throw on him ..i should know because i was a batman fan ever since i first read his comics.

Ok. All of those gadgets? They don't compensate completely for the individual powers you described. And knowing what somebody is going to do doesn't mean he can stop it. Other than that... yep, you got it. May be a rather hard-core fanboy, but when you pick them, you sure pick them right, man. I approve, for the most part. Also, the gadgets manage to compensate fully because he has variety and intelligence. It's his mind that is his super-weapon, much like Lex or Reed, I guess.

The whole DC Vs Marvel thing is lame as hell anyway. The brandscontinually borrow off of each other. I'm not sure if you saw that Batman RIP happened around the time of Steve Rogers' death, or the terribly "subtle" Deadpool/Deathstroke similarities (that was sarcasm - if you didn't know you should kill yourself and save the species from getting your genetic code). Martians are supposed to be one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe except the Guardians split there species into three (Martian Manhunter), Superman (obvi), The Presence/ The Spectre (Literal entities of God), and Dr. Ivo's Amazo Android.

I love the fact that people are arguing about DC vs. Marvel when logically, if the individual characters crossed over to each other sides, then neither would have the aspects that make them so powerful (except for Bats who uses wits) Thor - Is Norse magic in the DC universe? Not exactly. Superman - Would the Yellow Sun of the Marvel Universe give him his powers? Unlikely because of the fact that there is no Kryptonian species there. I'm a DC fan, but they both differ greatly

id like to see him punch darkseid through 4 or 5 skyscrapers without breaking his fist (not that he could even lift darkseid off the ground). He may be smarter than a lot of heroes, but that doesnt make him superior to any of them. The only reason that DC can be claimed stronger than Marvel is that DC is written illogically. I dont care how many rolls and twists you do, gravity will still kill you like a bug on a windshield if you jump down fifteen stories. if supes went all out, bats would die

Batman cant withstand the power of a thousand exploding suns; hes a hand to hand expert? well so is wolverine and the latter has bout a hundred years more of experience under his belt. Bats cant fly without a grappling hook (and thats more like swinging anyway), cant move fast, cant shoot fire from his eyes, cant survive in space without a suit, nor can he take being smashed to a pulp by the hulk, superman, or doomsday. He started out as a detective, and thats the best that he can be

maybe batman can beat superman with kryptonite, but thats a close range weapon. you know what isnt a close range weapon? apebble thrown at such velocity that it passes through batmans skull multiple times before he even hits the ground. Or having his little "superspeed" car dropped on him. the only reason supes hasnt killed him is that he has a moral compass that keeps him from being a total cheesehead.
