  • Flexion and twists can causes spontaneous fractures in someone with osteoporosis. I always tell people with osteoporosis to avoid Cow Pose, for example. Gentle extension is generally ok.  even Forward Fold is problematical.

  • Anyone with osteoporosis should not be be rounding the back.

  • I didnt know that. Can you tell me why? I thought if osteoporosis is not serious, moving the spine gently should help flexibility...
