Could you till with that in the fall and plant corn in that field in the spring.Or do you have to till it in the spring>?

That tool breaks the soil up too much to use in the fall. The pieces will be small, and we would get a lot of wind erosion. A disk or chisel plow will leave larger pieces of dirt that won't blow away.
