2:12 kinda sound like my mxr full bore metal, that might be insulting compared o the setting most people have the fbm on but the way i set it up it sound like this video...
I'm wondering what your settings are on the clean channel. My friend isn't good at working amps, so he let me set it up. I can get the crunch and lead to sound good, but the clean is too punchy. Your clean is great
@boomsvk Which cab you mean that i cant buy it ? You mean the 12-inch shefield ? I meant if you buy a mesa roaster cab for exaple or other , and connect first the head and after the combo... Will you have the same result with the combo and head ?

I was playing this combo today in GC and as soon as i plugged into it I was getting awesome singing lead tones and great van halen, as well as metal tones. I couldnt crank it but even at low volume I was really impressed. I am a bit of a tone junkie too, I have a Mark V and a Diezel and this amp sounds KILLER! I had played them before and loved them too...I think I'll grab a used one
Man, this is one badass amp! I love mine. You've got quite a bit of pre-gain in those settings. I only use, at best, 4 or 5. I'll also use tons of mids and lows and about the same amount of highs there.
Hey dude! Some tone you got there! I have the same guitar and amp, can you tell me how high is the Post Gain set on this video? I live in a small appartment and can't set it above 1... :(
@MrLewisMovies Although it is an awesome amp for heavy music, I wish it could pull off its HUGE tone in a bit lower volumes. I don't regret buying it though.
@dimgrav a tip that ive found is if you take one end of a cable and put it just into the return of the fx loop itll allow you too crank up the amp at a super low volume it takes away nearly all the bass but gives you a chance to do things you wouldnt otherwise

@aris17561 Oh i understand head vs combo - there is no difference only in Wattage...i test my combo on Orange PPC4x12 and its killing sound ;)
