The pinnacle of all childhood fantasy films with the most elite soundtrack for such a film. Truthfully there is no other film that if I was younger and grew up with the more modern childhood fantasy films (Lord Of The Rings, etc. ) I would still yearn to hold this movie way above all. The movie is a masterpiece!!! It's a legacy that is Neverending. I was 6 when the film was released!! It gave me optimism to this date and motivated me to read books!!!
